Everything you enter is written to your device's local storage and stays there:
That's a work diary, not an identity. Tender never asks for and never stores your name, address, Social Security number, employer identification number, bank or card details, contacts, photos or location.
Nothing. Tender has no backend. Your shifts are never uploaded, synced, backed up to us, shared, sold or analysed. We cannot see what you earned, because it never leaves your phone. If you delete the app, the data is deleted with it โ which is exactly why the export exists: use it to keep your own copy.
The reminders (report your cash tips by the 10th, close out the week, check your W-2) are scheduled locally by your phone's operating system. There is no push server and no device token: nobody is notified but you.
Tender Pro is a single one-time purchase handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. We never see or receive your payment details. The app only learns whether this installation owns the purchase.
When you export the daily tip record, a monthly statement or a CSV, the file is generated on your device and handed to whatever app you choose to share it with. What happens after that is between you and the app or person you sent it to.
Tender is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, including them.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published here. A version of Tender that collected data would not be Tender.
Tender is a record-keeping tool, not a tax preparer. Its figures are estimates to be checked against your W-2 and, where it matters, with a tax professional.
